Riyaz has more than 20 years of IT and Management Consulting experience. Riyaz has supported a number of critical public health applications leading technical initiatives and managing the growth of his business. His experience includes project and program management, team leadership, solutions architecture, systems engineering and business development. Harnessing this expertise, Riyaz has created a successful IT company focused on delivering solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Hytham brings over 14 years of experience and expertise in delivering CMS IT solutions. He has supported Scope Infotech’s continued strategic growth within CMS since 2012 including expanding the company’s delivery of solutions across multiple centers and offices. Prior to his work at Scope Infotech, Hytham provided technical leadership and management on CMS projects with well-known organizations including SAIC, CSC and ViPS. He holds a Bachelor’s in Information Systems and Computer Science from the school that beat Virginia in the NCAA basketball tournament, University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a Master’s in Applied Information Technology from Towson University.

Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in proposal and capture management, program management, strategy development, financial analysis, transition planning, contract administration, and marketing. With a broad background in corporate management including operations management, large opportunity capture, strategic proposal leadership and corporate development activities, Michelle is focused on growth and streamlining operations.

Mike has over 15 years of CMS technical and leadership experience. He brings a strong portfolio of senior management and program growth on critical CMS initiatives including VDC VIES, APS, Marketplace, and the Office of Communications projects. Mike will leverage his expertise and enjoin additional perspectives to help our growing organization continue to provide the best solutions delivery for our customers. Mike holds an MBA from the Krannert School of Business, Purdue University and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Luke comes to Scope Infotech with more than 25 years of experience leading security and technology programs in private and public sector organizations. He most recently served as the CISO at Client Network Services where he established their Cybersecurity and Emergency Response program. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer for the State of Washington Health Care Authority where he oversaw technology and security services for multiple state-wide healthcare programs.
