Our offices are informal and business casual dress is allowed except when clients or business partners are visiting. On client or partner sites, you are expected to conform to their general dress standards. We have flexible working hours, with core hours each day from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We do not have a specific policy about working from home, but project managers have the discretion to allow WFH as this is compatible with project and team objectives. Tobacco products are not permitted in our offices or at company events.

Our projects often involve highly confidential and protected data and equipment. All employees must agree to and comply with company and government confidentiality and security policies.

Candidates for employment may be required to pass additional reference, background, security, and/or drug screening as a condition of work on specific contracts. In addition, as a federal contractor, Scope Infotech is required to participate in the federal government's E-Verify program. With E-Verify we are able to confirm the employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security. With respect to new hires, the E-Verify process is completed in conjunction with a new hire's completion of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification upon commencement of employment. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates.

Summary of Full-Time Employee Benefits:
